Longitudinal drives – bevel type |

There are seven sizes for wheel set masses up to 22 to per wheel set and a bevel gear ratio up to 3.5. Driving occurs via a cardan shaft connecting flange.
- The compensation of the relative movement of the final drive shaft occurs through the cardan shaft
- The ratio is realised by a bevel gear stage
- A torque reaction rod is provided to react the tractive forces back into the bogie frame
